Man arrested on charge of raping a young girl repeatedly in Dharan

Police, from the Area Police Office, Dharan arrested 42-year-old Bikas Mandal of Dharan Sub-Metropolis-16 on Tuesday evening, October 6, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. The police immediately arrested Mandal after receiving information that he raped the victim repeatedly. The local police are investigating the incident.
