68-year-old Gomadevi Chaulagai was killed in the Khandbari Municipality-6, Sankhuwasabha at 9 pm on Thursday, October 8. The police has arrested 20-year-old Resham Dayali and some people of the same place on the suspicion of involvement in the murder. The body has been brought to District Hospital Khandbari for postmortem examination.

According to Inspector Santosh Budhathoki of Sankhuwasabha District Police Office, Gomadevi and Resham had a general argument on Thursday noon, and when no one was at home Resham attacked her with stick and stone and killed her.
