Police arrested 19-year-old Biraj Gyawali of Mathagadhi Rural Municipality-4 on October 8 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl.
The victim's party filed a complaint at District Police Office on October 8 stating that the accused raped the girl on August 25.
