Police arrest Kapilbastu teen on charge of rape

Police arrested 19-year-old Nausad Fakir Musalman of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-4 on October 10 on the charge of raping a 23-year-old woman.
According to Inspector Prem Prasad Regmi of the District Police Office, the victim’s side lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on October 11 stating that the accused raped her on October 10. The victim was then examined at Kapilbastu Hospital, Toulihawa.
