Man arrested on charge of raping a 16-year-old girl

Police on Wednesday night arrested 40 year-old Dipesh Devkota of Gorkha Palungtar Municipality-2 from his temporary residence in Sitapalila, Nagarjuna Rural Municipality-4 on a charge of raping a 16-year-old girl.
Dipesh was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged on September 24 by the victim party. Police are conducting further investigation in this regard.
