Man arrested for raping girl with mental disability in Nawalparasi East

Police arrested 30-year-old Garbhalal Mahato of Madhyabindu Municipality-8 on the charge of raping a 21-year-old girl with a mental disability on October 19 on the basis of a verbal complaint lodged against the accused at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (east of Bardaghat Susta) on the same day. The victim was then examined at Bharatpur District Hospital, Chitwan.
