One arrested on charge of raping a teen in Dhanusha

Police arrested 32-year-old Bishnu Dev Raut of Kawadhal in Janakpur Sub-Metropolis-13 on October 21 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl while she had come to her uncle's house. Police deployed from District Police Office Dhanusha and Ward Police Office Mujheliya arrested the accused.
