Police arrests youth from on rape charge

Police on October 22 arrested 24-year-old Suraj Rai of Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality-5 Homtang on the charge of raping a 6-year-old girl. The girl's family filed a complaint against Rai at District Police Office saying that he raped the minor girl on September 27. Police arrested him on the basis of the same complaint.
