The District Police Office has registered a complaint against 35-year-old Azad Mansuri of Hanumannagar Kankalani Municipality-13 on September 21 for raping a 19-year-old woman.

According to the victim, the accused raped the victim on August 3. The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office, Kalyanpur on October 12. 

The victim has been examined at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital, Rajbiraj on October 13. Police said that a search was underway as the accused was absconding.
