Police arrests rape accused man from Makawanpur

Police on October 28 arrested 63-year-old Rana Bahadur Syangten of Makawanpurgadhi Rural Municipality-7 Sukaura on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. Police arrested him on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's family at District Police Office Makwanpur. They accused him of raping the girl on the night of October 27. Police are further investigating the incident. The victim underwent a medical examination at Hetauda hospital.
