Police arrested 45-year-old Ram Lal Ray Yadav of Jhaua Tol in Katahariya Municipality-1, Rautahat was arrested on November 2 on the charge of attempting rape on a girl with disability by enticing her with money. He was found red-handed by the locals and they beat him and handed him over to the police on October 30. He is remanded in the custody of the Garuda Area Police Office and further investigation is underway.
