Man arrested for murdering wife in Solukhumbu

Police, on November 4, arrested 29-year-old Hom Bahadur Rai of Sotang Rural Municipality-3 on the charge of killing his 28-year-old wife Soma Lama.
The accused had attacked his wife with a khukuri on November 4 during a domestic dispute.
According to Inspector Mahendra Kumar Darnal of the District Police Office, the victim died on the spot.
The post-mortem of the body will be done at the District Hospital, Salleri on November 5, said Inspector Darnal.
