A 48-year-old man of Kamalamai Municipality-5 Jaryotar died of corona infection on November 5 in Sindhuli Hospital due to lack of treatment. He was rushed to KMC Hospital in Kathmandu but due to financial lacking; he was taken back to Sindhuli Hospital.
Locals obstructed the management of the body after the death. After his death, his body was prepared for burial at Gadauli Ghat, the confluence of Kamalamai Municipality 5, 6 and 7. However, after a large number of locals protested saying that they would not allow managing the body, the infected body was taken to Dhakrebas Khola in Municipality-5 with the consent of the local administration and people's representatives.
