Complaint registered against the accused of rape incident in Saptari

A complaint was lodged against 22-year-old Bhupendra Sardar Bantar of Gangapur in Madhavapur of Hanumannagar Kankalini Municipality-4 on November 12 for raping a 19-year-old girl. The victim alleged that the accused raped her in the mango orchard on November 8. The accused have not been arrested so far.
