Youth arrested on the charge of raping a minor in Chandragiri

A team of the Metropolitan Police Circle, Thankot, arrested 23-year-old Suresh Lohar of Humla on November 17 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl in Basundol of Chandragiri Municipality-2.
The investigation revealed that the girl was called to a tent built on the land of Arjun Subedi in Basundol and raped on November 16 and the accused absconded after the incident. According to police, the arrested is being investigated for violating Article 18 of the Criminal Code, 2017.
