Youth arrested on the charge of rape in Morang

Police arrested 24-year-old Vishal Sonar Thakur of Jahda Rural Municipality-5 from Rangeli Municipality-7, Madhubani on November 17 on the charge of raping a 23-year-old girl. The victim had lodged a complaint on July 17 at Area Police Office, Rangeli against the accused stating that she was raped on July 16.
