Police have arrested 25-year-old Hom KC of Kathekhola Rural Municipality-3, Baglung, on November 21, on the charge of sexually abusing a 13-year-old child on November 19.

Information Officer of the District Police, Office, Baglung, DSP Rajendra Prasad Regmi said that the victim’s side had lodged a complaint in the police station on November 21, alleging that the accused had sexually abused the child by showing fear.

Health check-up of the victim was conducted at Dhaulagiri Hospital, on November 21.
