Youth arrested on charge of raping minor in Parsa

Police arrested 19-year-old Desh Shankar Chaudhary of Sakhuwa Prasauni-2, Parsa, on the charge of raping a 4-year-old child on November 27. Shankar allegedly raped the minor of the same village by luring her with coconut.
