Man arrested on charge of raping 16-year-old girl in Syangja

Police have arrested a 36-year-old Dal Bahadur Thapa of Palungtar Municipality, Gorkha on a charge of raping a 16-year-old girl in Putlibazar Municipality of Syangja by promising to marry her. Thapa reportedly raped the girl on Saturday night.
Police are further investigating the incident.
