Youth arrested after two months on the charge of raping a minor in Kailali

The incident of rape of a 9-year-old girl in Kailali has become public after two months. Police arrested 19-year-old Jeevan Shahi on charge of raping a girl in Mohanyal Rural Municipality. Victim's family has alleged that Shahi raped the girl after calling her at her house on October 11.
