The locals of ward no. 4 of Darchula Lekam village municipality padlocked the ward office and village municipality office on Sunday.
Ward chairperson Joshi said that the locals of ward no. 4 had submitted a memorandum to the ward office three days ago demanding expansion of the central transmission line passing, removal of the temporary police post from school building of Gallakedar Higher Secondary School, Kharakada and solution for a network problem.
