Around 50 people from district-based youth associations, NSU and civil society collectively padlocked the door the office of Nepal Telecom in Humla accusing the Telecom service of not providing quality service despite drawing its attention for months.
After Nepal Telecom provided more SIM and RIM than its capacity, the service users have been complaining about the problem in the service quality.
