Police have arrested 21-year-old Jhilke Shrestha of Jugal Rural Municipality-4, Pangtang, Sindhupalchowk, on December 12, on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. The family of the victim lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Sindhupalchowk on December 12, alleging that the accused raped the girl on December 3, by luring her.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on District Police Office, Chautara, on December 12.
