Police have arrested 20-year-old Abed Ali Mohammad of Mayadevi in Rupandehi on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. He was arrested after the girl's family lodged a complaint alleging that he raped the girl on December 12 by showing various temptations and threatening her.
