70-year-old Kedar Bahadur Baskota of Dandakharka in Belkotgadhi Municipality-4 was arrested on December 13 on the charge of raping a 3-year-old girl. Kedar was arrested from Ziltung Tinpitle police post on Wednesday afternoon after receiving information that he had raped the girl on December 9.
