The employees and people's representatives have padlocked Sabaila municipality of Dhanusa due to non-receipt of contract employee's remaining salary allowance that is due for almost a year now and social security allowance. 

They alleged the mayor Vijay Shankar Sah for misusing the amount by holding the social security allowances of the elderly, disabled and single women, including the salaries of the employees.

Meanwhile, Chief Sah admitted that the social security allowance and the salaries of the contract workers were still not paid due to a mistake in the budget title and said that the problem would be resolved soon.
