The Nepal Scout Progressive Struggle Committee has padlocked their offices in three districts in the Kathmandu Valley; Kathmandu District Office, Bhaktapur District Scout Office and Lalitpur District Scout Office to protect the property of the scouts that is under the domination of the non-scouts.

They have padlocked the offices on December 17 to object the order of the National Coordinator of the Nepal Scouts, Lok Bahadur Bhandari, to disband the district and handing over the property to the state scouts .

The struggle committee is also going to hold a silent demonstration on December 19 against the non-scouts' arbitrary and political activities.
