The victim's side has lodged a complaint against 26-year-old Yagya Raj Joshi of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-4 at the District Police Office, Kailali on December 22 on a charge of raping an 18-year-old girl.

According to DSP Pratik Bista of the District Police Office, Kailali, the search for the accused is underway after the victim lodged a complaint alleging that Joshi raped the girl on November 29. 

The victim was examined at Seti Provincial Hospital, Dhangadhi on December 22.
