Youth arrested on the charge of raping a minor in Rautahat

Police have arrested 22-year-old Dinesh Das Tatma of Chandrapur Municipality-7, Rautahat, on the charge of raping a 7-year-old child on December 28. The victim’s mother had lodged a complaint against the accused at Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur, on December 30. The accused was arrested on December 30.
