Street vendors clash with municipal police in Birgunj

A clash took place between street retailers and municipal police in Birgunj, on Monday afternoon. Clash broke out between the two sides when the municipal police tried remove the retailers from the park. Later on, a team of district police and armed police came and settled the incident.
Municipal Police Chief Hari Bhusal said that they have implemented the order given to the municipal police to evacuate the area.
