Police on Saturday arrested 45-year-old Jay Kumar Rai of Homtang in Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality-5 on the charge of raping a 77-year-old woman in Bhojpur.
A man was arrested by the Area Police Office, Ghoretar after receiving information about the incident.
