Youth arrested on the charge of killing wife

Police have arrested 23-year-old Suraj Pariyar from Kathmandu Metropolitan-13, Kalimati, on the charge of murder of his wife. Suraj, a permanent resident of Godavari Municipality-12, Lalitpur, killed his 22-year-old wife Mira Sundas Pariyar on Janaury 1, 2020.
According to Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, (DSP) Pramesh Bista, the accused who was drunk, murdered his wife Mira by strangling her to death using scarf.
