Police have arrested an employee of Nepal Electricity Authority Belbari branch in Morang on the charge of attempting to rape a 13-year-old girl on January 3. The arrested is identified as 40-year-old Lekhnath Rijal of Sundarharaincha Municipality. Police are conducting further investigation on the incident.
