Complaint lodged against accused of rape in Sarlahi

The victim's family lodged a complaint against 26-year-old Rahul Kumar Mahato, of Ramnagar in Ishwarpur Municipality-11 at the Area Police Office, Kesharganj on January 10 on a charge of raping a 15-year-old girl on January 9.
Inspector Birendra Gurung of the Area Police Office Kesharganj said that the accused Mahato is absconding.
According to Inspector Gurung, the girl has been examined at the District Hospital, Malangwa on January 10.
