Youth lodges complaint against caste discrimination in Sarlahi

22-year-old Mahesh Paswan of Kabilasi Municipality-7 lodged a complaint against 36-year-old Ram Prat Thakur of Kabilasi Municipality-8 on January 11 on the charge of caste discrimination, threat and humiliation.
On December 31, Paswan went to attend the feast on Municipality-8, where Thakur insulted him by calling him untouchable. Thakur has, meanwhile, denied the charges. The incident is being investigated by police.
