In the midst of the preparation of the detailed project report for the East-West Railway (DPR) in the Nijgadh municipality of Bara, a dispute erupted after the locals obstructed the survey team from demarking the railway area. The locals obstructed the survey team saying that their houses were also seen inside the demarcation.

Based on the details provided during the survey, the railway department will decide the appropriate place for the line of the railway.
