The Indian Border Security Force (SSB) has banned the locals of Belauri Municipality-10 of Kanchanpur from using the road in the Dashgaja area, which has been used by farmers in Nepal (Sadakghat) and Tilla in India for four decades. While Indian farmers are allowed to use it without hindrance Nepali farmers have complained that they are unable to harvest their own crops due to Indian atrocities.
Chief District Officer of Kanchanpur, Ram Kumar Mahato, said that the two countries were not allowed to consume the roads in the Dashgaja area as per the law, however, both countries were using the area.
