25-year-old Davarenjan Lama of Jugal Rural Municipality-3 was arrested on January 17 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
The victim's side has alleged the accused of taking the victim to his own house tempting her with false promises of marriage and raping her on January 12.
