Eight transport entrepreneurs in Surkhet, the state capital of Karnali, started the transportation strike by issuing a joint statement.
The controversy arose in the city bus park in Birendranagar that came into operation only two months ago after the Birendranagar municipality allowed two large transport companies to build the structure without any discussion.
