National Campaign Nepal staged a sit-in in front of the Survey Department on January 24 that will last till January 26, demanding to make public the GPS coordinates and latest supervision reports of Nepal-China border pillars. They alleged the Survey Department of not making the reports available so far, after their repeated demands.
They said that China had repeatedly encroached on Nepal's land but the government of Nepal and China did not accept it and demanded a report to understand the reality. The Nepali Congress has prepared a report with evidence that China has encroached on Nepal's land but the government has not taken the matter seriously.
