Chairperson of ward 7 of Rajpur Rural Municipality, 72-year-old Bhim Bahadur Khadka, lodged a complaint against 36-year-old Bishnu Khatri, of Tulsipur Sub-Municipality-13 at the Area Police Office, Gadhwa on January 24 accusing him of issuing death threat against him.

Khatri who is a school principal of Sikta Secondary School threatened the ward chairperson to complete the work of his school quickly stating that he was close to Netra Bikram Chand (Biplava)  on January 20. Khadka said that Khatri also used to ask for donations time and again mentioning the Biplav's name. Police are searching the absconding accused on the basis of the complaint lodged.
