Prachanda-Madhav faction leaders stage sit-in at Tripureshwor demanding justice for Bhagarathi

Leaders of Prachanda-Madhav faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) staged a demonstration in Tripureshwor, on Wednesday, demanding action against the murderer of 17-year-old Bhagarathi Bhatt of Dogadakedar-7, Baitadi. Leaders including Surendra Pandey, Barshaman Pun, Yuvraj Gyawali, Ashtalakshmi Shakya and Maheshwar Gahatraj are staging a sit-in in Tripureshwor with black banners before participating in the mass protest held to be in Kathmandu today.
They have demanded to take action against those involved in the rape and murder of Nirmala Pant and Bhagarathi Bhatt.
