Man arrested on charge of beating his wife in Dolpa

Police arrested 48-year-old Kavi Thapa of Jagadulla Rural Municipality-4 on February 10 on the charge of beating his 45-year-old wife Ram Kumari Basnet. The accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged at the Kaigaun Police Post on the same day. According to the police, the victim sustained injuries in her right leg and left eye.
