Man accused of trafficking arrested from Butwal

Police arrested 29-year-old Rukum Oli, manager of Himalaya Restaurant and Bar at Butwal Sub-Municipality-5, Old Bus Park on February 9 on the charge of forcing 16-year-old girl, an 18-year-old girl and a 21-year-old girl to engage as sex workers.
The incident came to light during the interrogation of the victims who were brought to Butwal from Hetauda in the first week of October and kept in a hotel for sex work. The victims had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office on February 9.
