Police have arrested 23-year-old Sudip Tharu of Buddhabhumi Municipality-1, Kapilbastu, on February 11, on the charge of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.

The victim’s side had lodged a complaint at Area Police Office, Gorusinge, on February 9, alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim on February 9. Health Check-up of the victim was conducted at Kapilabastu Hospital, on February 9.
