Accused of attempted rape arrested in Siraha

The Area Police Office, Mirchaiya arrested 32-year-old Dhyani Mahara of Mirchaiya Municipality-10 on February 11 on the charge of attempting to rape a 21-year-old woman. The victim had lodged a complaint accusing Mahara, a witch doctor, of attempting to rape her under the pretext of treatment "Jharphuk" on November 21, 2020.
