Man arrested on charge of raping a teen in Dhulikhel

Police have arrested 53-year-old Purna Bahadur Nepali of Dhulikhel Municipality-9 on February 14 on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. According to police, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's relatives at the District Police Office stating that the victim was raped on February 12.
