Students close to the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) staged a demonstration at Maitighar Mandla on Wednesday to protest against the increase in the price of petroleum products.
They had protested against the government by placing gas cylinders in the streets during a protest organized by the Socialist Students Union.
