Youth arrested on charge of rape from Khotang

Police arrested 19-year-old Sagar Rai of Khidim Rural Municipality-7, Khotang, from Kathmandu, on Wednesday, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl.
Rai was living in a rented room at Chandragiri-10. Rai had allegedly raped the victim several times by threatening her. A team of police deployed from Metropolitan Police Circle, Balambu, had arrested the accused.
