Youth arrested on charge of rape

Police have arrested 23-year-old Kumar Tamang of Thori Rural Municipality-5, Parsa, on Friday, on the charge of raping a 14-year-old child of Hetauda SubMetropolitan-2, Makwanpur. Makwanpur police said that investigation upon the accused is underway.
